Thoughtful Sequencing - Kati Flow

There are so many different ways to sequence a class: specifically physical progression into a posture, thematic, organic movement based, or philosophical. Yet, even with all the thematic and philosophical variations there is a overall well rounded physical practice underneath.  That physical practice can be heat building "yang" or cooling "yin".  It can be complex and creative or simplistic and focused.

Bring your mat, water, something to write with, journal and any meditation pillow or bolster to sit on.
